Me too but not at that price.

At least the guitars will end up on display rather than gathering dust in a cupboard

2 points spring to mind in your analysis

- 30 years is a very short time in history. You need to take at least a good 100 years look at this region, in fact probably a 1000 years or more.

- you mention Russia, the US, NATO & EU and very little about the locals; Ukrainians, Poles, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians, Slovaks, Romanians, Jews, Germans and probably a few others. Do their thoughts and wishes not count?

Quote from: pdw1 on March 11, 2022, 05:52:52 PMBoth my parents have gone down with Covid. So far they are not particularly unwell but I am worried as they are both well into their 80s. At least its now and not a year ago.
Hope they both recover well  :)
Thanks

General Discussion / Re: What's made your day today?

My son's 18th birthday today (well yesterday technically now). Had a lovely evening out for a meal with all the family and a few close friends. Tomorrow (well today) we are going to the pub to watch the rugby (his idea!). He can legally buy me a drink now!

Doubt it. These 2 bands work in very different music

What we need is a picture of Slim's bike by the side of the road propped up against a burnt out russian tank.  ;D

Car drivers who pull up to red lights in the cycle box. There is a reason it is called a CYCLE box. Most are just to thoughtless and lazy to pay attention and stop in the right place but the few who think they can bully the cyclist out of the way (especially when they are turning left) really piss me off.
