I hadn't heard of Bloodrock so I looked them up: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bloodrock

They'd released their sixth album two months earlier but had just been dropped by their record label. They played their last gig two nights later in Michigan.

This was their biggest hit, more than a faint smell of Spinal Tap about this one:

Appears to have been a hit this one, no idea how though clocking in a 8 minutes. I like it though, very kuch a thing of its' time. I know it's not very good, but that doesn't stop me from liking it :-)
Has a distinct Sabbath vibe, the way the song is built up, what it deals about. Prefer Sabbath, but it's a nice change.
