Someone's made a one hour documentary about the old home computer game Elite. I spent hundreds of hours engrossed in this game. There was a galaxy full of places to trade, evade the police, hunt down criminals for money, blow up other ships and steal their stuff.

Watched the first ten minutes, will watch the rest over the hols.

Yes, that game took over some of my adolescent life when I had a C64; making oodles of profit form "Narcotics", turning the joystick upside down when using the rear laser, blasting at a space  station exit to pick off the cop vessels sent out to get you before going into galactic hyperspace to reset your status to "Clean".

Simpler, more carefree times! 

Will have a watch of this doc.
