Pre-ordered the new Opeth Box Set from Amazon back in August. Release got pushed back. Came out last week and Amazon kept showing that it would be delivered by 8pm today. Email this morning that they have no stock so order cancelled. Bastards.

Our 2 year old Dachshund Bella was spayed on Wednesday. She was bad the first night but since yesterday afternoon she has been awful - can't settle, charging and pacing around,  diarrhoea, wouldn't sleep more than 20 minutes, squealing in pain. My wife got a few hours sleep last night but I stayed with her and spent most of the time trying to settle her and cleaning up messes. My wife got up at 5am and I grabbed a few hours kip until we could get back to the vets earlier. She's now on much stronger pain relief, relaxants and anti-sickness meds. At last she has just settled for more than 30 mins - so fingers crossed she'll get over this soon. I'm knackered.

hope she recovers soon, have had many dogs spayed, they usually pick up quite quick.

When our dog was neutered he simply went into a massive huff and blanked everyone for 24 hours.

^ Thanks guys. Our other dog was fine with her spaying, but this has been horrible. She must be in so much pain, poor thing - but she's inconsolable and I'm sure a decent sleep will do wonders for her. She had a little body suit initially but got out of it easily, so we bought her an inflatable collar.
