You're right. Just looked. 27th August. Can't help but wonder if they would have done anything in their 70s. Probably not anything live, but maybe the studio. Of course, you don't make money that way any more. What a world!

I've started seeing references to Geddy as born Gershon Eliezer Weinrib. I was not aware of this having never read this name in any of the countless articles about him which I have devoured over the decades. Can anyone shed any light?

I didn't know that either but if you Google the name there are a few references to it from credible sources. Named after his grandfather it seems.
