If you use the Wordle site on a computer - which I recommend if convenient - then once you complete the game you should see a "share" button come up. This will copy the result to your clipboard, and you can just paste in the thread:

On a phone / tablet the share button should offer an opportunity to copy to clipboard but there are other options, I think.

Posting the time it took is purely optional and has no bearing on the competition.
