I know there's a few clever buggers here and rather than take a punt on something I don't fully understand I thought somebody may be able to help.

I am having a new boiler fitted with Hive (controllable thermostat etc). However it connects to my Sky router by Ethernet but I have no Ethernet ports left spare. Do I buy some form of chaingang adapter?

Any help appreciated

If it's just some more ports u need just get hold of a little hub say a netgear 5 port.. if no more ports available just now take out one of the connections from router to allow connection to the hub and et voila more available ports remembering to reconnect what was in router into one of the new hub ports

Hope that makes sense
