Healthyliving - Songs of Abundance, Psalms of Grief
Scottish band (from what I can see), bit of post metal, female vocal. Fantastic. But don't take my word for it, listen for yourself:

Come to think of it, this reminds me a bit of Brutus, who did a brilliant album last year, probably why I like this so much.

John Paul Jones - The Thunderthief

My only visit to the US was a business trip a few years back. Talking to an owner in Tennessee he asked if I liked music. I told him my taste was mainly for heavier rock and I played a bit of bass. He responded "Oh, you should have been here the other day, my friend John Paul Jones came in for a chat".🤬😢

I love Deadwing. From the Belew solo in the title track that had everone and their dog standing on their hind legs, to the swooping chorus of Open Car, the glorious ballad that Lazarus is, the centre piece Arriving Somewhere even if it is overlong and the 9/8  wizardry of Harrison on The Start of Something Beautiful, I hold it all very dear.
It sounds like the drums were recorded elsewhere, sounding deviant form the rest of the PT Harrison era albums. And it's a sound I really enjoy listening to.

Slim

I never liked Deadwing. In Absentia was great though.
