I bought a bottle of this at Tesco yesterday. At £21 a go I wouldn't be doing that very often, but it really is exquisite. Can be sipped like a cocktail.

They had Whsipering Angel at the restaurant at the Royal Albert Hall last night, but I wasn't going to make Mrs S shell out £60 for it. We made do with a very nice (crisp, apply, melony) Pecorino for the bargain price of £40...
