No, No No.....Money, Money, Money. Hopefully the annoying mancs will do each other in on stage.

Often people really dislike bands. The Smiths comes to mind, but I rather like them and they have some great songs at least. But Oasis, my word there is absolutely nothing at all I've heard that appeals to me. And Liam is such an arse, Noel too. Like all these reunions it's all about cash and little else.

Sounds an awful lot like the Black Crowes, Dollars or Pounds, it's all the same

Noel just had a divorce so the obvious pot of money for this is probably the driver .. they've knocked out a few good tunes but if it happens I'll be avoiding.. the talk is of a  pile of days in London and Manchester no doubt in some enormo domes..

Possibly live streamed for a hefty sum...

I love those first two Oasis albums, but I'm not keen on a reunion.

10 nights at Wembley Stadium and 10 nights at Heaton Park seems ambitious.

Having seen them in 1995, 1996, 1997, 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2005 as well as Liam and Noel 3 times each solo, I'm passing...

If there's money to be made, good for them.  We'd all do it, given the chance.  Integrity is fine in your 20's but when you're getting on in years it doesn't pay for your mortgage or your divorce.

Noel's last solo record was fantastic.

Pffft.

That said, if they did a warm-up gig at the Piece Hall...

Always ignore me whenever I say I'm not going to something..

I remember the moment when I realised Oasis had crossed that threshold into being a really huge band. My flat in London backed onto a school - the grounds of the school were at the end of the garden of the ground floor flat. I was on the top floor. One night near Christmas 1995 there was a school disco with music audible from inside my kitchen at the back. Then the DJ played Roll With It and suddenly the kids were all singing along at the top of ther voices.

I moved to London that same weekend that Blur's Country House and Roll With It came out at the same time so I have a fond sentimental connection to the whole Britpop thing. Good times.

Even so I wouldn't have imagined they'd be playing stadium gigs 30 years later.

Wonder what will happen to the High Flying Birds..... it's been a lot more interesting than the Oasis stuff in many respects.....I'm sure Noely must have enough tunes to squeeze out some new Oasis stuff...

I'm sure theyll reconvene once the oasis shows are over.
