So I heard this morning that the reason they think it went down was due to incorrect data... now I'm no systems/application guy but I would like to think any kind of robust system can handle incorrect/corrupt data without it bringing the entire system down... it even brought down the backup system as well...

Yes, it sounds farcical to me too. As does the revelation that the boss of NATS has seen his remuneration double for the current year
