Welcome to Between The Wheels. I've just set this up today, didn't take as long as I thought it would. I will continue to use T-N-M-S in the usual way, but will post here as well for testing and familiarity. I'm sure there will be a few wrinkles to iron out.
I'll be looking to see if I can install some themes and tart it up a bit, as well. It's very basic at the moment but it should work. You're welcome to sign up and start posting any time.

Thanks! I'm going to fiddle with themes later. Unsure if it'll be possible to have users choose their own theme. Personally I think a darker theme would be better.

First of all, thanks you James for ensuring the old TNMS bunch didn't wind up homeless - I wasn't looking forward to an inevitable feeling of emptiness once our old, familiar home - or more accurately public house, I suppose - closed its doors for good.
Great to see many of the Usual Suspects here - which leads me perfectly on to a request for a dedicated Film forum; that's probably the place I enjoy(ed) posting my (re)views and reading those of others the most.

Well - I want to maintain a degree of humility about that, because no-one has appointed me to be the guardian of the Ghost of TNMS. From my point of view I'm just happy to be able to keep in touch with people without using the Facebook group. However people can of course have what they want, so I'll sort out a TV / Film forum later today or tomorrow.

That's very thoughtful of you, but I was already leasing the server that the BTW site runs on and I did the site installation and setup myself so the financial cost to myself is very slight. No need to contribute but I do really appreciate the thought.
