I've spent a lot of time listening to Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush the last couple of days. This evening, via You Tube videos. I stumbled across this one. It's from his Live from the Agora Theater DVD. This was released in 2019 and features an incredible 6 hour live performance (for fans only  ;D )! A labour of love, it took years to be released, partly due to a technical issue whereby the drum track was unusable. Frank started his musical career as a drummer and he painstakingly worked on restoring the drums which had to be synched to the performance. Unfortunately he paid a heavy price and was diagnosed with capsulitis of the shoulder (frozen shoulder) a couple of years back forcing him to retire from performing. He's lost 50% movement in the affected shoulder but worse, is in constant pain 24/7.
This is wonderful. From the 1976 album, Mahogany Rush IV, 'It's Begun To Rain'

Thanks for the music, Frank

Virtually impossible to recommend one!

For earlier stuff, I'd agree with Slim and say Mahogany Rush IV...... or World Anthem. Later stuff, I'd go with Juggernaut and/or Double Live, which gives a good career retrospective (and is brilliant!)

If you like what you hear, you're in for a treat because there is a lot of stuff in the catalogue

New Katatonia single, I love this band. Can't wait for the album to be released in January.
