I like Gazpacho, only 1 album at a time though. Live they are a boring watch though. They stand there like salt pillars.

Yes I get that, I almost prefer their songs to turn up in a spotify playlist than listen to a whole album. I make an exception for Night though

This evening's cornucopia of aural delights:

Marillion - Misplaced Childhood
Steely Dan - Can't Buy A Thrill
Judie Tzuke - The Cat Is Out
Jean Michel Jarre - Oxygene

Quite a release day!
Sorcerer, the Swedish doom lords release Reign of the Reaper. An Epic, majestic album. Have the vinyl incoming later today.
Then there's Wayfarer's American Gothic, that sounds kind of like a Black Metal Western style album, fun!
Ulver has released a live album from their Assasinationof Julius Caeser's tour cycle. Such a great band.
And the Yellow Eyes, a New York based yea, what exactly. It's black metal, just listen to the fantastic  Rare Field Ceiling album, but this new one (first of a set) Master's Murmur has very little to do with metal. No loud guitars, but all sorts of electrical instruments, doomy, comparisons are made to Dead Can dance and Coil even. I need to give this a few listens to really understand it, but it is certainly intriguing.

And then there's a pre-order up for Ringare, a black metal duo that is as low fi as can be. I cannot recommend this to anyone but myself to be honest, so I'll just do that then.

Sorcerer - Reign of the Reaper. I think Epic Metal would cover the sound of this band quite well.
