Andrew Hill - Hommage. I find Hill to be a piano player that is extraordinary in his playing and chordal patterns. Unlike anyone else. The big ones are unique each in their own way of course, but just as there is no 2nd Monk, Hancock or Bill Evans, there is also no 2nd Andrew Hill or McCoy Tyner (another favourite of mine) for that matter.
Just keep on discovering more fantastic material by these players. What a wonderful world it is when there is music like this to be found.
