They owe me £2800
They have a new system whereby you have to register an account with their parent company in order to get paid - they insist there is no other way.
It is impossible to register an account with their parent company - which is based on Spain.
Ofgem complaint opened - although I have to wait 8 weeks for Ofgem to start the investigation.
All down to my feed in tarriff Solar payment - and a quick look online shows there's a tonne of people they're trying to fiddle.
So it's not just incompetence - it's a blatant attempt to keep people from claiming monies owed to them.
Fuckers.

And just like that...the money is dumped into my account this morning without any communication.  Not sure if it was lodging the complaint with Ofgem or emailing the chief executive a couple of times.  Very welcome, either way.

Filthy company, albeit one I'll stay with because I get such a great buyback rate...
