All the best Dom, hopefully you'll feel better after the tubes are cleared.

Saw this on another forum.

Give yourself one point for each thing you haven't done:

Skipped School
Broken a bone
Fired a gun
Been in a limo
Gotten a tattoo
Ridden a Horse
Sung karaoke
Gotten a ticket
Been arrested
Been on TV
Been on a cruise
Gotten a piercing
Met a celebrity
Been skydiving
Had a one night stand
Skinny dipped
Been drunk

6 for me:

Gotten a ticket
Been arrested
Been on a cruise
Gotten a piercing
Been skydiving
Skinny dipped

So how did you score?

Quote from: Slim on April 10, 2022, 05:13:23 PMLove that Hatfield record, especially Underdub. And completely agree about British Steel, it always seemed deliberately dumbed-down to me. Cartoon metal. I stopped buying their albums after that, although I've bought a couple of the later ones since.

Mumps is my favourite on The Rotters' Club. I totally agree with your summing up of British Steel. I did persevere with Priest after British Steel. I got Point of Entry (not good), Screaming for Vengeance (good), Defenders of the Faith (OK), Turbo (not good). Nothing since though.

A real odd mix, started with:

Hatfield and the North - The Rotters Club

then

Judas Priest - Sin After Sin  early Priest (up to Killing Machine) is great. For me it all went awry with British Steel

Keep meaning to buy this, how does it compare to Road of Bones?

It's quite similar, but not quite as good as Road of Bones. I've got it on red vinyl too as well as CD - I've yet to open the vinyl yet lol.

Moonfall - It cost $150m dollars to make this. Like a lot of Hollywood movies the money is spent on effects rather than a decent script. I'll give it 3/10, my wife was 1/10 - it isn't good.

I remember it well and have seen it a couple of times. I really liked it, but as you say Matt, some flaws.

Porcupine Tree - Lightbulb Sun
IQ - Resistance
Pendragon - The Jewel
The Smile - Pana-vision  (a single I heard at the end of Peaky Blinders' last ever episode and loved it - I looked it up and The Smile are Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and Tom Skinner. A nice sound)

"Steven Wilson takes us on a journey from Aardvark and Abba to Zzebra and ZZ Top.". The 2 interviewers are past presenters of OGWT: Mark Ellen and David Hepworth - I really wish the OGWT was still on:
